Editing tags

An owner of the website can edit or delete tags across the whole site. This is useful if you want to change or remove tags that users have added, regardless of which page on which the tags appear. (If you want to remove a tag from a specific page, see Removing a tag.)

To edit or delete a tag:

1. Click the Search (magnifying glass) button, and then choose "all tags" from the pop-up menu.
2. On the Tags page, click the Edit (pencil) button. (You must be logged in as an owner to see this button.)
3. Click the tag you want to edit.

• To change the tag, edit the tag text and click Save.
• To delete the tag, remove all of the tag text and click Delete.

The tag is changed or deleted on all pages where it occurs.
